One of the biggest things that sets us apart is that we take a diagnostic approach to helping customers find the right bed or mattress for them. Though our products are by no means limited to those that need help with specific sleep problems, most of our customers obviously do come to us with a desire to improve their quality of sleep.
Often the solution is different from what they expect. For example, a customer may come to us complaining of a bad back and think that a softer mattress is the solution. It is only natural to want to soften any pressure on an area that is causing us discomfort, but our training and expertise means that we actually take the time to explore if that is indeed the right solution for them.
This is a simple example, but a common one. By taking a professional and experienced approach, we can guide the customer to the right option and, of course, they go away and immediately start sleeping better!

We don’t spend a fortune on glitzy showrooms and expensive advertising campaigns, which means we can cut out the middle man and sell directly to the public at a trade price.

Unlike many other businesses that rely on third party delivery companies, our drivers take the products directly into people’s homes, and even take away their old beds and mattresses – all with a friendly smile so our customers know they came to the right place.
